offer is valid only up to 15 days from the date of the proposal

price includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning
Ø The system price is worked out for a
normal flat roof top system. if additional structure or cables required for the
solar power plant erection, it will be charged extra.
Ø Expenses mentioned in “Govt
Approval & Energy meter charges “, will be carried out by Electricbuy
after mutually agreed with customer and will be varied as per the actual site
conditions
Ø Customer should provide shadow free
area open to sky for installation as well as suitable for the installation of
inverters & junction boxes.
Ø Periodic cleaning of the solar panels
on regular basis to achieve generation shall be done by customer. Any
additional structure work providing access for cleaning will have to be done by
the customer

Schedule of Work
Ø All materials will be supplied with
in 1-2 weeks from the date of 50 % advance payment.
Ø All installations will be completed
with in 2-3 weeks from the date of material delivery
Ø Commissioning is depending on the inspection of Govt. Authorities

Work Quality
Ø All work shall be completed in a quality manner and in compliance with all building and electrical codes , all other applicable laws, and all other applicable utility requirements , including appropriate grid inter connection obligations.

Payment details
Ø Fifty percentage (50 %) of the quotation
amount should be paid in advance for placing purchase order.
Ø Forty percentage (40 %) should be
paid after installation.
Ø Remaining ten percentage (10 %) upon
receiving connectivity certificate .
Ø Payment mode should be bank transfer
or cheque
